Weighted Pilates

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, this class is designed to accommodate everyone.

Advanced Level

Take note that the following classes are tailored for those with 3-6 months of Pilates experience.

We recommend consulting our instructors beforehand if you're unsure or have any past or present physical concerns. Your safety and progress are our priority!

Pilates Flow

This is an intermediate class that will challenge your balance, incorporate more complex movements, and plays with varying spring tensions to create a unique and dynamic sequence of exercises.

*At least 2 months of consistent Pilates practice and a comprehensive understanding of Pilates Reformer exercises is recommended.

HIIT Pilates

The fiery fusion your workout deserves! Get ready to experience the heart-pumping excitement of HIIT while soaking in the goodness of traditional Pilates.

In this high-intensity, high-energy class, we're blending the best of both worlds. Feel the adrenaline as we ramp up your heart rate with HIIT intervals, and then transition seamlessly into the sculpting, core-strengthening moves of Pilates. Jumpboard

Experience a workout like no other as we introduce the exhilarating jumpboard to our reformer sessions. Picture a trampoline-meets-reformer fusion that takes your fitness to new heights!

The Reformer

Traditional pilates equipment that looks like a cot. But don’t sleep on it! With springs, moving carriage, straps, and pulleys, it will challenge your fitness level and make you feel the muscles, you didn’t know you have.

The Fuse Ladder

Our Fuse Ladder class is an assortment of calisthenics, pilates, strength, balance, and barre training. It will make meeting your fitness goals as fun as exploring your favorite playground.
