Reformer Essentials

50 min only with Reformer, master the fundamentals and elevate your practice in this Reformer-based class. Open to all levels, it’s perfect for beginners and those wanting to refine their technique. Build strength, stability, and flexibility at your own pace while enjoying the versatility of the Reformer.

Reformer with Jumpboard

Get your heart pumping with this cardio-infused Reformer class! The Jump Board adds a low-impact, high-intensity twist to your workout, combining strength, endurance, and fun. Perfect for boosting your energy while challenging your muscles and coordination.

Advanced Level

Take note that the following classes are tailored for those with 3-6 months of Pilates experience.

We recommend consulting our instructors beforehand if you're unsure or have any past or present physical concerns. Your safety and progress are our priority!

Pilates Flow

This is an intermediate class that will challenge your balance, incorporate more complex movements, and plays with varying spring tensions to create a unique and dynamic sequence of exercises.

*At least 2 months of consistent Pilates practice and a comprehensive understanding of Pilates Reformer exercises is recommended.

Pilates Plus

Push your limits with this athletic-strength training class that blends Pilates with functional fitness. Expect a challenging, high-energy session focused on power, endurance, and core control. Perfect for those looking to take their strength and stamina to the next level.

The Reformer
