For individuals with fundamental Pilates experience looking for a consistent and challenging daily workout.

If you're new to Pilates, we recommend starting with Pilates Foundation.
There is plenty of time to step up to intermediate once you master the essential movements and concepts.

Sculpt

Cardio

Our advanced classes are for those with extensive pilates experience, refined body control and crave a more vibrant workout.

Advanced classes are tailored for those with 3-6 months of Pilates experience.
We recommend consulting our instructors beforehand if you're unsure or have any past or present physical concerns. Your safety and progress are our priority!

A challenging, fast-flow class designed for experienced pilates lovers looking to push their strength, control, and precision to the next level. This class features dynamic, flowing sequences on the Reformer with advanced exercises that require deep core engagement, coordination, and flexibility. Expect seamless transitions, creative variations, and a full-body burn that leaves you feeling strong, accomplished, and empowered. Prior Pilates experience is must.

Athletic


A strength-driven, endurance-focused class that blends Pilates principles with controlled, resistance-based training. Using slow, intentional movements, this class targets muscle fatigue for deep activation, helping to build power, stability, and stamina. Expect a full-body burn with an emphasis on strength, control, and longevity—perfect for those looking to complement their Pilates practice with a more athletic approach. Prior Pilates experience required.

Fuse Ladder



The new kid on the block. This versatile equipment is the pilates Swiss Army knife. Cadillac, barrel, springboard, barre, or drying rack to name a few!

Our Fuse Ladder class is an assortment of calisthenics, pilates, strength, balance, and barre training. It will make meeting your fitness goals as fun as exploring your favorite playground.
